Sometimes in life, we may struggle with difficult feelings and feel overwhelmed. With a bit of support and someone to talk to, this can often make things a little clearer and help gain a different perspective and make a difference to how we feel. This is where counselling can help and I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to do just that. I believe there is always hope and a way through.
I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere to their ethical guidelines and am fully insured. I qualified in April 2015 and have had experience of counselling individuals who have found themselves in a caring role for loved ones. I have also worked at Westminster Drug Project, providing counselling support for people with addiction, which is an area of interest for me. Furthermore, I have counselled primary school age children through creative at Place 2 Be.
I currently have my own private practice and work from two locations in Enfield and Crouch End. I work with many different issues, which include anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, addiction, OCD and the dynamics of relationships.
At times, the counselling journey may bring up some difficult feelings and I may not have all the answers for you. My role is to support you in this journey as we work together to help you find your own answers and make choices that feel right for you.
