First Steps

Taking the first step sometimes to deal with a problem may feel hard to do and you may think, who do I talk to about this.  Talking to someone other than friends and family in a confidential space may feel quite different, yet at the same time, freeing.  Counselling is a place and opportunity to speak freely and help you gain a different perspective on whats going on for you.  I believe there is something quite powerful in having the chance to hear your own voice without judgement and to have the opportunity of ‘hearing your thoughts out loud’ as you engage in the counselling process.  Having someone to talk to as you take those first steps of a journey you are not sure where is leading, may gradually give you more direction and a deeper understanding into what is troubling you.  Why not take those first steps today and see where they lead.
